Thanks for the pick-me up🥺 I’m sorry you recently experienced something that upset you. Med school is already hard as it is and it personally has me doubting myself and my capabilities constantly. I appreciate you making this video for students. We all need that reassurance more often than we think we do🙏🏼🥺

Aw, Olivia, it certainly is tough! And actually, at the time I made that video, it was only orientation for residency, so life was good! Yes, it's a reminder we will need throughout our entire careers. You're doing well, and keep up the good work :)

This is extremely helpful as I begin my application to podiatry school this year!! Thank you for this insight, we are just human and mistakes are a part of learning and getting better !

Georgio, we’re so glad to hear that! Congrats on the beginning of your journey! Exactly. It’s not said enough; in fact, the opposite is drilled in, so I absolutely had to post this! Good luck, and we’re here for you if you need it!

Can you make a video on if I am doing a 5 year degree program of doctor of podiotric outside the US? What exams should I passed to come to America? What are the colleges and degree should I apply after that? Sorry for my bad English

Hi Eisha! We don't know the exact to answer, but we believe that you would have to attend an accredited podiatry school in the US in order to get the degree and to practice.

True, but the malpractice lawyer will be lurking 👀… make a mistake, pay in court.

This video was made for all of the students who already care enough haha The point is that the stress is already built-in and that is not necessary to be hard on themselves on a constant basis. 😊

Podiatry surgical directors and attendings have historically been very assertive towards residents etc. Don't let it get to you . A lot of nonsense ..I was one of those directors for 8 years but I was not the assertive and badgering and belittle version. You don't learn this work as easily under those stresses

Thank you so much for understanding and being supportive! This is important to echo for many residents out there!
