I don't think that Andy cut Ashley off. Andy stopped talking at once when Ashley started to talk. Maybe Andy could just give others a chance to say something more because they seem not to know how to interrupt Andy. But Andy didn't cut anybody off. Moreover he is the leader of the band so I think he just felt that he should speak in the name of the band. I think he thought it's something that he should have done.
