Awesome video thinking about getting one. Put a band peg in the rack and you can use for biceps too! I love the obliques one. Can you do this on level 4? What weight would you say 1, 2, 3 and 4 feel like compared to a lat pulldown device? I heard 4 is like 150lbs is that correct?

That is a great question, we do not have an exact pound to resistance comparison due to the varying magnetic resistance. The harder/faster you pull, the more resistance that you are hit with!

What is the warranty on the rope? I know some people talk about it fraying etc.
