• Head Strength Coach Ch...
The endless vertical rope pull strengthens the back, chest, and shoulders, while challenging hip and core stability especially in the half kneeling position.
This exercise involves a vertical suspension point to provide a training stimulus similar to rope climbing and is an excellent way to incorporate metabolic conditioning as part of a workout. It can be used in individual workouts or performed in a competitive format in group fitness settings.
We hope you LOVED this incredible instructional video with coach Chris! The ropes are durable and just like the ones at the gym. kzbin.infoUgkxTFxba6lNeHrZaHoY_LXe6ZzmMfaipnwu Caution: I bought the 50 feet ropes and they are long and heavy so make sure you have the space (I do have the space). If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.

@CriticalBenchCompound

This isn’t really a Triceps move, you might target the muscle very little near the end of the ROM but there are way better options for hitting Triceps. Try tricep extensions!

2/3 times a week depending on how your body responds, soreness etc
@candicec6513
@candicec6513 Жыл бұрын
If using for cardio, time it v counting reps. HIIT can be 30-60 sec tabatas or cycles with a 30-60 sec rest between repeat maybe 4 times depending on your heart rate response and your fitness level. Check heart rate while resting
