MSU has a lot of the same assistants such as burton and Barnett for their defense as those glory days. an updated culture and better recruiting will only increase the rise. Let alone the resources put towards things like recruiting and NIL development. Just watch. Give MSU 3-4 years of top #20 recruiting classes instead of the usual #35-40

I liked when he said he wanted the toughest off season conditioning program ever. That's where the games are won pushing players beyond where they even imagined going to. They need to have the toughness that saps the will of the opponent. He has an impressive personality and he will get it done. Go state!

This reminds me of when Willie Snead III coached Holland Christian High School football. Willie brought tough physical conditioning. During each game, the team made the opponent tired. They wore them down. Players were conditioned to play past OT before tiring. Physical conditioning, in combination with having good players, led to them having a 14-0 season. They won Holland Christian’s first conference title and state championship.

The candy jars are nice. Get some Jelly Bellys in there too, Coach. The reminder of never forget who you are and what it took to get there.
