Mine is getting worse, I'm a phone and computer engineer, i sit bend and work a lot with my right hand. The pain started from my shoulder joints, now my right lower back hurts alot due to muscle strain. I also feel some tingling discomfort in my right foot, I think its sciatica. I increased my workout hours, use dumbells more often, but no difference 😢😢😢😢

Try these!! You wont regret it. I'd stay way from doing any bench work with dumbbells just because getting on and off the bench is difficult to do without irritating the lower back. Let me know if you have any questions.

is it better to do reps of the prone on elbows vs sustained holds?
