Yes you can still go to a chiropractor! I’d try to find one that is more sports/exercise oriented. If they only adjust you, find a new one.

Straighten your arms. They should not be bent during a swing, they should essentially just be hanging semi loose connecting your body to the bell like two ropes or cables. They are not actively used during a swing. You’ve turned it into a semi -row, hinge.

That’s common when you let the elbows move too much on the second exercise. Make sure you don’t let those elbows move. Keep chipping away!!

@@empowerhp I have swayback and anterior pelvic tilt at the same time. I don’t know what excersizes to do and don’t really see anything online for this. I had really bad anterior pelvic tilt for mostly my whole life. Then it slowly started to turn into sway back. My knees lock, and my pelvis tucks completely under. My hips are super ahead of my body and I have a slight reversal of cervical lordosis that I feel is getting worse. If you need a emailed picture for reference please let me know

I’m 99% sure you just need to focus on the core exercises to help with your anterior pelvic tilt. Especially if you think your chest is flat.

@@empowerhp I tried that but it just makes my pelvis continue to tuck more under to the point where I can’t even feel my sit bones. My tailbone is pretty much what I feel when I sit even when I make sure not to slouch.

I've JUST had this done today between my shoulders and mid back then my neck- a left and right turn. the relief is unbelievable, prior to the back adjustments I felt like I couldn't take a full breath it was so restrictive to me now I feel INCREDIBLE. I would love that relief!!! I visited a chiropractor that performed an adjustment on my lower shoulder blade and I screamed in pain. After that, he did another adjustment and I screamed again and said stop! 🛑 after several pain in my cage and multiple imaging, his adjustment???? Caused my cartilage to separate from my rib cage. It was excruciating pain for 10 weeks 😢I would have loved to have you performing adjustment 😢I’m scared to go to another chiropractor…

Every adjustment video NEEDS to have an accompanyjng stretch and exercise to help people. The one thing people disrespect about chiros is that they just offer momemtary relief, and that is very important, but the accompanying exercises are what actually provides longer term stability. People like dr mike from MoveU have proven to help way more patients through this approach. You could do an entire "gamer posture" series of exercises and stretches to help with upper back and neck pain
