Looking for a quick fix for Morton's toe discomfort? As discussed in our previous video: • How to relieve pain fr... , Morton's toe is a condition where the first metatarsal is shorter than the second metatarsal, hence causing excessive pressure and potentially callousing on the bottom aspect of the second toe joint.
In this video we go over how to add a Morton's extension to your shoe insole from the comfort of your home in three simple steps.
1. Find insoles and material (potentially another insole in similar or less thickness which is soft enough not to create unnecessary edges under the foot)
2. Cut out the Morton's extension from the other insole material
3. Tape it to the bottom of the original shoe insole
