Thank you SO much! These are helping me tremendously. I had a very bad car accident many moons ago and just realizing it's effects now. I've done this exercise daily for a month now and am just now incorporating the stability video yet it seems I still need more time on this. Trying to be patient. I'm so grateful for your videos. Thank you so very much.

How many times daily do you do this?

This can be done a few times a day... until you feel more stable. Sorry for the late response.

I have a complex question maybe, it's complex. When sitting and having to look down, to write/read, etc. what is the best way to keep everything comfortable? When I sit and write/round over, I"m getting tight suboccipitals and watery eyes/eye strain and some vertigo. I would love a video on this or some help. Thanks

I struggle so much with knowing where my head should be. I always have it either too extended or too flexed, just slightly but I don't know how to keep that in place especially when hill walking, I lose all sense of where my head should be. hope this helps.

@@ImpulsoCreativo9322 Try putting a flat hand on top of your head to sense you head connecting with your feet. My Uplift your head online class series has a lot of lessons working with that wall that are helpful as well as my audio series....

@@ImpulsoCreativo9322 Experiment with it-- I'd say a few times if you need reinforcement of where you're head is in space.

I’m wondering how soon after a whiplash can you do these exercises? If it’s just been a few days and you are sore, should you go ahead and begin these?
@SensingVitality

Great question. This is one you can do right away. Be gentle -- just use very light resistance with your hand. The muscles are fatigued from the injury and the point of this is to help your head/brain connection find neutral again after the whiplash. So rest on your back after doing this to let your muscles and joints rest. Make sure when you rest to have a thin rolled scarf or rolled hand towel to help support the curve in your neck when you are resting as well. Keep me posted.

@@SensingVitality Thank you so much for answering promptly. Everything I’ve read refers to do this as if it’s a long time afterwards. I want to be proactive. I’m 62 next month & I fell from a standing position on snowboard moving swiftly and hit my butt and the back of my head. I felt like I was slammed to the ground. This is day 2. I have moved around the house slowly but I don’t want to lay around and get stiff. I have taken ibuprofen after the fall and then about every 6 to 8 hours. I wrapped a towel around my neck this morning for a little support as my neck is very sore. I will try ice off and on today as I did read to do that. I have been giving thanks to God because I feel it could have been worse. Thanks again for helping me.

@@believer2734 Yes it's good to be proactive. You can also take vitamin C and if your body allows it OK turmeric is very helpful for inflammation. Any of my lessons working with the wall is useful. I have a cat lesson series on Patreon that is very helpful for whiplash- The whole series is gently rubbing your head and rib cage against the wall to find support again. But also check my whiplash playlist. I have a lot of experience with whiplash and snowboard injuries so many of my lessons online address that. You probably have a mild concussion in addition to whiplash. So definitely rest often through the day to let your neck muscles and your brain and nervous system relax and heal. Take good care and keep checking in as you need
