🥀 For about three years I've noticed that my toes aren't comfortable with something I don't know, (almost every day I'm wearing flip-flops). Every winter they suffer from the cold, these days it's been very cold here... These movements seem to me, that they could caress my feet and their fingers... Maybe they need that... Take time with lessons, especially if you are having trouble-- try them a second time to let them sink in a bit more and you can also pause the lesson to digest more.

This can be more helpful to me if i unerstood hand foot reflexology, i think , this helped alot, but, still have tensions underarm , one one side my whole ribcage . i am wrote handed, but, use my left alot because the brain injury,i had caused poor coordination on the right. ( i feel i confuse my vody mind.) 🙃😏

There are so many lessons here for you that will help with this-- be gentle to rebuild your coordination and understanding. It takes time with brain injury, resting in between learning is so helpful to integrate the lesson.

Another practitioner shows how the ankles effect emotions, i would like a movement lying down and standing help emotions, hip, shoulders , psoas, i think that would also help a hard belly, i might have from shrinking and or emotions.

Hi Annie, Thank you very much for this exercise, it's very effective! My neck and breath are present and free, I feel the connection of head, neck, back and down until the tip of the toes...it's amazing, (ps I noted that audio is off in some moment, but the exercise is completely understandable)

Interestingly, I also noticed a lighter feeling across the shins as well. So where the toe muscles connect to the leg. This exercise is a welcome addition to the array of toe and ankle exercises. I have an older foot injury as well and I’m sure I ll benefit from this. Thanks again Annie
