He's talking against the principles of rashudin . Abubakar (ra) , Umar (ra) protected rights of minorities under the islamic Sharia . Either ghamidi saheb is confused or he is cleverly negating the Sharia ! Right to follow religion is different from the system of governance .

اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ‎ میرے چند سوالات ہیں محترم غامدی صاحب سے جن سوالات کا مجھ سمیت بہت سے مسلمانوں کو عقل اور دلیل سے جواب درکار ہے تا کہ ہم اپنے علم کو مزید زیادہ کر سکیں! سوال ١۔ محترم غامدی صاحب نے فرمایا کے حضرت مسیح علیہ السلام متوفی ہیں جبکہ قرآن پاک میں آیا ہے کہ وہ زندہ ہیں اور ہم سائنسی طریقہ کار اور عقل سے تو اس بات کو سمجھنے سے قاصر ہیں لیکن ساتھ ہی قرآن پاک میں اصحاب کہف کا ذکر ہے کہ وہ 309 سال تک سوئے رہے ۔ اگر سائنس کے مطابق ہم اس بات کو تسلیم نہیں کرتے تو قرآن پاک کے مطابق اس بات کو مانا جا سکتا ہے کہ وہ ابھی تک زندہ ہیں ۔ سوال ٢۔ محترم غامدی صاحب یہ فرماتے ہیں کے امام مہدی علیہ السلام کا ظہور بھی تسلیم نہیں کیا جا سکتا ۔ لیکن اسی سورہ کہف کی روشنی میں اس بات کو بھی مانا جا سکتا ہے کہ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ کے حکم سے وہ غائب ہیں اور اگر وہ غائب نہیں تو ان کی موت کا بھی کہیں ذکر نہیں ملتا اور نہ ہی کوئی قبر ہے انکی۔۔ سوال٣۔ محترم غامدی صاحب نے یہ فرمایا کہ معراج کا واقعہ میں نبی پاک کو خواب کی حالت میں سیر کرائی گئی جبکہ قرآن پاک میں ہے کہ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ نے جب حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام سے بات کی تو اس وقت حضرت موسیٰ اپنے اسی جسم کے ساتھ تھے ۔۔۔ تمام صاحب علم حضرات سے گزارش ہے کہ ان تینوں سوالات کا جواب قرآن و سنت کی روشنی میں عقلی دلائل سے دیں ۔۔ جزاک اللّٰہ ۔۔۔

قرآن میں کس جگہ پر ہے کہ حضرت عیسی ذندہ ہیں؟ رفعا ناسے مراد وفات بھی ہو سکتی ہے اور بلند درجات بھی۔سورہ مریم میں حضرت ادریس علیہ السلام کے بارے میں بھی یہی الفاظ استعمال ہوئے ۔ حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام نے کہا کہ میں اپنے رب کی طرف جا رہا ہوں الصفآت 99 اور حضرت لوط علیہ السلام کہہ رہے ہیں کہ میں اپنے رب کی طرف ہجرت کر رہا ہوں العنکبوت 29 پھر ان آیات سے تو یہ ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ یہ تمام انبیا بھی ذندہ ہیں اور اللہ کے پاس ہیں ۔ اللہ نے قرآن میں یہ فرمایا کی عیسی کی موت کو یہودیوں میں شبہ میں ڈال دیا وہ اس لیے کہ یہودیوں کے نذدیک حضرت عیسی کی موت سبیل سے ہوئی لیکن اللہ نے حضرت عیسی کو سبیل سے بچا لیا ۔ قرآن میں یہ الفاظ کہیں نہیں ہیں کہ عیسی ذندہ ہیں اور وہ لوٹ کر آئیں گے جبکہ قرآن میں اس کے حلاف بہت ساری آیات نازل ہوئیں جو یہ ثابت کرتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پہلےتمام انبیا کو موت واقع ہو چکی ہے۔ محمد تو بس ایک رسول ہیں ۔ ان سے پہلے بھی رسول گذر چکے ہیں ۔ تو کیا اگر وہ وفات پاگئے یا قتل کردیے گئے تو تم پیٹھ پیچھے پھر جاؤ گے؟ جو پیٹھ پیچھے پھر جائے گا ، وہ اللہ کا کچھ نہیں بگاڑے گا اور اللہ شکرگذاروں کو صلہ عطا فرمائے گا ۔ ال عمران 144 اور ہم نے تم سے پہلے بھی کسی انسان کو ہمیشہ کی زندگی نہیں بخشی ۔ تو کیا اگر تم مرجانے والے ہو تو یہ ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں الانبیا 34 قرآن کہیں بھی حضرت عیسی کے دوبارہ نزول کا ذکر نہیں کرتا اگر عیسی علیہ السلام کے واپس آنے کا کوئی ثبوت نہیں تو پھر ان سے جڑے دیگر کرداروں کی بھی کوئی حقیقت نہیں اور نہ ہی ان کا آنے کاقرآن میں کہیں کوئی ذکر ملتا ہے۔

Salam brother.... To be a Muslim basically means to be submissive to God. So by definition this question is wrong. And what I mean by submission is that if there's a creator he must contact us and guide us because what's the point of creating us and not giving us guidance.

I think he is not Muslim because Muslim mean submission to the will of God, he just believe in God, he doesn't submit his will to God, he doesn't follow religion so he lives his life in own way, but we keep hope from Allah that may be he forgive him, because Allah could forgive every sin except Shirk, and he is not doing Shirk,
