Found your videos most useful. You are truly gifted at explaining things and I urge you to continue doing this. I totally agree with others who have commented in that yours is one of the best videos on reloading, if not the best. You keep it simple, down to earth and are not trying to sell folks on buying stuff. Needless to say, I've subscribed to your channel. Many thanks!

I shoot a lot of .223 in single actions and bolt actions. For this the case mouth has plenty of tension to hold the bullet. If I'm loading for my AR, I will put a light crimp on them. I like Dillon, RCBS and LEE dies. Thank you for the support to my channel. Have a great day! :)

Great video, very much appreciated. I have everything to load the 223 on my 550, but hadn't done it yet. Your video really helped clarify some things. I just need to get a case gauge now, with a single stage, I just use a set of calipers to check, with high volume it just takes to long. Just sharing a lesson learned on the big ultra mag cases and large capacity cases(even the 300 win mag)....they benefit from a drop tube and are more suitable for single stage than for progressive depending on the powder and other variables. Thanks again for the great video!

Most people say to discard the brass after the 3rd or 4th trim depending on the case. I have some "test loads" that I'm working on a video for. They've been loaded 7 times and so far I haven't seen any signs of case fatigue or anything. I've trimmed them 3 times. I'm not done with that video yet. They are very mild loads. Have a great day... :)

Sounds cool. I think an interesting video would be something like a brass 'torture test'. Maybe take like 5 factory new .223 rounds, fire them, load them, fire them, etc until they fail. Anyway, great video, have a good day.

Thank you! I haven't seen a primer crimp die available to the civilian world. In my humble opinion, I don't see the need for one. If you find one please let me know. I'd like to know. Have a good day! :)

@jiujitsu20007 жыл бұрын
+handi camper excellent my friend thank you for stopping by in fact I've got some 9mm footage from a long time ago that I will plan on releasing in the near future I have to finish editing it first. I haven't done any new reloading videos because I moved out of my house and all my gear is in storage. When I get into a position where I can set up again I will do more absolutely without a doubt

I noticed your not crimping. Most do I beleive. Is there a reason your not?? I load alot of 9mm,40s&w,and 45a.c.p. on my 550. Wanting to start loading 300 savage and maybe 6.5 grendel if I can get one (on back log) with Alexander Arms. Any thoughts on the better dies in your opinion?Thanks, and nice video.

Very nice videos! Getting started on reloading 45 acp and wanted to say I like your reload bench. Would you happen to have the dimensions/plans and materials used? Really like the cut out for the press!
