I'm very familiar with the area. I used to live in the Bartram Park area. I moved to NJ last year to be a caregiver for my mom. I miss it so much. Absolutely loved living there.

Watching from Boca 😊 It got very crowded and pricey here. New construction homes with GL Homes start at $1.2M (lot price not included). New rental homes are over $6k per month.

Love St. Johns...hope people stop moving here. Lucky for me I purchased in Bartram Springs early on and now no one can afford the property. It is still holding strong here. Do not think this area will ever decrease in price. Catullo's is a great place to eat.

I only see the area continuing to grow…Catullos is awesome! We grab dinner at the bar after the crowds leave around 7:30pm..

Are you able to get homeowner's insurance? I know some of the bigger insurance companies pulled out of FL.
