Relocating to Cheyenne, Wyoming? DON'T make these mistakes

I needed this 10 years ago when we moved there. You should really mention the "stink zone" from the refinery, a wide arc predominantly going with the prevailing winds to the southeast, but that can swing in any direction.

I looked on Zillow for houses for sale for less than $250,000 and there were only a few and they were clustered in an area in the south part of town. Very cool that there are such things (actual standing-up houses for less than $250,000) but the selection is small and there is no choice of location. Maybe you could do a video talking about the different types of housing (single-family houses, townhouses in multi-family structures) and sizes and price points around town. You didn't mention Western Hills in this video, but you have (now, more recent than this one) posted a walkthrough of some very nice looking houses. Thanks for doing these, they do help in figuring out what the options are in Cheyenne.

@@livingincheyennewyoming2341 wind swept sand,no water, soil is worthless, no trees and if rural need a D 6 Cat to go to the mail box. Bern there, done that growing up. I live with a flowing creek in back yard, no more than 4 acres per cow instead of 40 acres. Got big tall oak and walnut trees, nah you can have it out there.
