Excellent video! And well done at the World's Toughest Mudder 2016! Keep training and killin' it! I'm a recent lover of OCR and hope to make some friends in the 2017 year. Who knows, maybe we'll run into each other

Ha! 1:30 Copped a feel. I did one of these (not the toughest...just the tough) and that is avoidable...if you want to avoid it that is, and I avoid it because I'm cool like that...and not a creeper.

Will you be at the Worlds Toughest this year? I plan on going in 2018. What advice would you give specifically for this race? I have done quite a few mud runs but have not attempted anything as daring as this. But I have plenty of time to prepare! Thank you!!! P.S. Love the video!!!! Please do one for the 2017 race!!!

Great video! Looks like you had a fun time and completed a number of laps. Great job!

Great course and the fun part is TMHQ is figuring out how to make this event better each year. And adding some tougher obstacles each time.

Hey nice video. was there any electric shocks on the course to be honest it's the only thing I didn't enjoy about the normal mudder
@rem6a8 жыл бұрын
Dave Claxton yes there was one obstacle called Operation (one where you stand in water holding a pole and attempt getting an wrist band off the other side) hole was juiced to where a touch would zap you. Penalty was a .2 mile jog with light sandbag. Glad you liked the video too!

rem6a well I am all booked for WTM 2017 hope to see you there just curious how many miles did you put in and what was the temperature like
@bradybedwell51586 жыл бұрын
Yes like rem6a said it was operation there is always one type of electric shock obstacle in worlds toughest mudder In 2017 it was Pandora’s box

Hi rem6a! Loved the video :) I am working on the WTM documentary and I am missing some footage on the obstacles. Could we discuss if I could use some of your footage?

Send me a message. Happy to help. Or just download this video using one of the websites.

This is a 24 hour event, right? Just curious how people usually approach it? Do they try to give it their all for, say, 8 hours, then rest up a bit, do another 8 hours, rest up, then finish it out... or is it just 24 hours at a steady pace? Great video by the way!
@rem6a7 жыл бұрын
Kurtis Kelly it depends on the person. Majority of people seem to run for a bit, walk up hills and take the gravity down to jog. After a while, the legs stop running and it becomes survival. Enough people will be around to keep you motivated, moving and able to complete most of the obstacles. Hope you consider the event and yes a full 24 hours in the Vegas desert again for 2017.

i cant imagine the muscle cramps after a couple laps, me and my cousin might do it this year is it worth it?
@rem6a7 жыл бұрын
kyle batchelor Is it worth it depends on the person. I personally love it as I train all year for one 24hr event where they give us the biggest, newest and toughest obstacles with no lines. This one race will teach you a great deal about suffering yet it can be life changing at the same time. First time out, no goal but staying awake and on course for 24hrs. If you come back, you will know what gear works, what hurts and understand what you need to complete the goal. But first 24hrs on course for the black head band. Do it! If you have questions, ask away.
