Chiffon pan Sizes 15X7.5cm / 18x8cm / 21x9cm
Egg yolks 3 / 4 / 6
sugar 30g / 40g / 60g
water 30g / 40g / 60g
vegetable oil 30g / 40g / 60g
Cake flour 60g/ 80g / 120g (or all-purpose flour with baking powder)
Baking powder 1g. / 2g / 3g (optional)

Egg whites 3 / 4 / 6
Sugar. 45g / 60g / 90g
Even if the size is different, the baking temperature is 170 degrees 35 minutes.
You can do the same for a regular heating oven, deck oven, convection oven.

I baked with ‘Smeg’ convection oven without baking powder.
