Making Moist Chiffon Cake Without Failure

Ingredients - 1 piece 18cm in diameter
(The ingredients are listed in the order of kneading.)
3 yolks
Sugar A 25g
30 g oil
30 g milk
50g flour for cakes
1g baking powder
A little bit of vanilla paste (extract)
3 egg whites
2g lemon juice
1g of salt
Sugar B 50g
Oven 170 degrees Celsius / 338 degrees Fahrenheit - Bake for 35-40 minutes
I tried making it with a recipe from a Japanese confectionery school.
At first, I made the meringue roughly, but the bottom of the cake was off.
So I made some supplements, paying attention to the temperature of the dough and the condition of the meringue, and improved the recipe to make it.
If you follow it step by step and make it, you won't fail like me and you can succeed from the start!
