Let's get 1 thing straigh? South films have always been sticking to there formula,action,drama, romance. They are getting there due credit after many years. Bollywood are just catering to the westernised style of trying social stories, which is ok for ott but now south are taking over ott platform aswell. I ain't even from India, and I can see that. With South they class themselves as pan India, they don't segregate like Bollywood does,if you look at a lot of the Bollywood stars, they are stuck up unlike the humble South superstars.

Mr. Desai sir thanks for talking the facts. In earlier times, Hindi cinema ruled only becoz Hindi cinema got huge market, Even in south India people watched Hindi cinema becoz there were no regional channels. When the technology changes, language never become a barrier for the viewers. South Indian film industry makes best films from the begining, from stroy line to music, comedies,fight etc. Actors in South India do acting and do wonders. To be Frank, Bollywood actors don't know what is acting. They simply show bodies & 6 packs.

I think Script should be written by aspirating writers nd if script is good then producer should go on irrespective writer is new or not.I heard that for bollywood some bigcompanys or offices are writing script by more than one writers just like we can see 2 writers for Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui .But i heard from my friends thats Souths coming with scripts especially in Mollywood and kollywood by many unknown individual writers and producers give them chance just look into script and continue the project if script is good.Well by content wise mollywood,Kollywood is best as they recently provided all genres hit contents with creative subjects of serious,Family,Rom com,Action,comedy,Scifi thrillers,Heartly romantic. Well marathi is also good as all know "Mimi" was also a remake from Marathi.

At the same time in 90s aksay ajay sunny deol their actions movie didn't perform well in A centre hall. So the problem is when all director start catering specific centre audience . They should make film for every audience i mean if one director make film for A centre another should do it for B and C centre . then a balance would be established.After 2000 most of the bollywood movie made for A centre audience.

Now a very good telugu hit film has a potential of rs.500 crore in just telangana and AP telugu states...that much is craze for films in South.. so bollywood is a big bonus whether they play or not in North states won't effect south movies
