I've had reasonable success with $$ instead of AW. I ult with $$ to clear Luke Cage's charges (mostly works) and then auto with him to constantly strip buffs.

Have found Cosmic combo that beats full H4H every time - Black Bolt, Silver Surfer, Deathpool, Ikaris and Sersi. Only need about 100K punchdown. Great if you haven't got Adam Warlock for Infinity Watch or want to deploy Kestrel elsewhere.
