Offense down from Iron Fist at 2:00 gets removed by Kestrel in the first fight and resisted in the second one. Nice to have her to take the Iron Fist ultimate and eat the secret offense down he gives with it.

I used Kestrel Fury Hela Loki and Zemo to counter one. Misty and Colleen were only 50k though so probably not as effective against stronger ones

Caveat side effect to this: You must now have a built up Skillitary to counter merc teams since you now dont have the Zemo team for them.

Try 300K punch down and calling it a success... like... OK.... - LOL Would love to see if this can be done without any of the hard to get characters for lower level players like Red Skull or Blackbolt. H4H can be obtained or will eventually be used in every war, I would imagine.... it would be foolish not to. Having H4H in your room means you get to free up one of your other defensive teams. Even a low level H4H is a pain and more so for casual players who don't have access to a bunch of legendaries or Kestral and Surfer built up (with T4's).

Don't see the reason for Crossbones lol, would add Fury instead to bolster up Kestrel (especially in Security). His minions alongside Red Skulls minions would add alot of attacks for Kestrel to hit into

rifle trooper is quite possible the worst hydra minion for this. since you have to make sure he is the smallest hp that means his atk power is also low so that hail of bullets probably won't do much against hfh with d up. it can trigger kestrel's passive but grenadier passive more than makes up for it. Also if you are going to bring $$, then I don't think you need kestrel. zemo-redskull-$$ and two minions should get the job done easily.

If you bring Silver Surfer it's a very safe match, but it's extra valuable to only really have to spare Kestrel for the match. Rifle Trooper assist on non-damaging attacks (Red Skull summon) and passive attack triggering Kestrel is likely worth more than Grenadier. Also, he only has to be smaller than Red Skull, really. The others should naturally have more Health than him.

So far we've mostly identified punch acrosses or small punch ups. I'd say we've still yet to find a strong, convincing punch up. That said... there may not even be one. Perhaps the best counter team is one they plan to release. Guess we'll find out!

I only ask because the strategy here with Hydra was for the H4H guys to hit into a character that would just get revived by Red Skull. In the same way that Scientist Supreme could revive AIM folks. And while H4H would get a cleanse (or have their debuffs transferred back to H4H via AIM Security)... eventually they would run out of charges. So basically it comes down to outlasting the H4H team until their charges are all used up. Just a thought.

In platinum war I rarely see red skull plus minions on defense. I don't know how common that defense is at lower levels, but most upper level war defenses don't run them anymore. I've been using zemo/red skull as a marauders counter for months now

I just tried this and failed badly. For some reason, Colleen targeted my Kestrel instead of my Hydra minion. She has 377k health vs 160k for my minion. She got crushed even before she had a chance to take a turn. It was a 63k punch down, I had 503k vs their 440k. It was in their Armory, which was buffed by Security. Anyone have any idea why they targeted Kestrel first?

Ok I have worked on an similar team but in reverse, well for me it was in reverse seeing as I had to bring up 4 chars to make this work. But hear me out. I used to have deadpool as my highest damage char on xforce so teams like coulson and mercs would thrown a taunt on him and waste all their attacks on an auto rez char. I just spent almost 12 million gold and a lot of orange gear this week making deadpool the lowest health member of my xforce so that colleen would auto target him. I tried it today and it actually failed but I was attacking defence down and kestrel was the 5th member so that was a shit show to start with. I think next time I will drop maybe cable for squirrel girl just for a little more debuff clearing and sustain but it worked pretty well early doors. I have yet to make it work in truth but this video made me chirp up because it is very similar to my plan. What do you think? have I wasted 12 million gold lol?

Would say it could. But keep in mind Hetos for Hire placement is wrong. War room effects will make a difference. And if you use punisher at T4 lock and loaded he is going to assist every time on non attack.
