Both things can happen, a rematch between Aizawa and Knuckle Duster. Knuckle Duster telling Aizawa he used to be Overclock and he's here to protect and help his protégé. Aizawa agreeing to help because he has respect for all the good work Overclock has done.

I think while a rematch would be cool, Aizawa has definetely grown since chapter 2 and I dont think he would attack Koichi. As for a theory, I think Stain's going to return to the vigilantes story since if this is the final months before Deku enters UA, Stain could start killing, possibly having No. 6 be his first victim as Stain. Also Stain hates fake heroes and No. 6 has pretended to be a hero numerous times.

Technically Koichi is in custody right now since he can’t escape Aizawa but how long till he turns him in to the police is still open. They can meet up with Knuckleduster and have a friendly chat over a good cup of coffee while waiting on Number Six to make a move. Suppose Vigilantes ends, freeing the MHV title for use in some other series?

As I said before I think aizawa would likely fight koichi but disguising it as training or to test koichi's growth since their last encounter to determine if he is capable of throwing down with a murderer like number 6. And you said it yourself he owes koichi his life, not to mention aizawa is no stranger to bending the rules from time to time just look at what he told his students to do during the forest training camp arc

I don't think eraser will fight knuckleduster since he stopped fighting him immediately once he realized he had no quirk. Until we find out what was in the box that soga found a few chapters back there's no way to know if or when the janitor of the fist will return but the crawler fighting eraser will show how far he's come along as a hero since the beginning of the series. Eraser is too by the book to overlook his current villan status.
