I saw in the 2024 top racket video from TennCom that you used to play with the 2015 blade. Curious of your thoughts on them compared to the new ones? I have heard really good things about the 2015 model and was thinking of buying one or two.

My 2015 blade feels very similar to my current Blade v8 (haven’t tried the v9). the racket feels very maneuverable and whippy so make sure you enjoy that feeling before you buy. sometimes im lacking some plow through and stability against bigger hitters

Good video. The big thing I see from this match is that he's just more consistent that you. He plays the % shots well, whereas you're throwing a few more UEs at key points. You should work on improving your shot tolerance and % plays. If you improve your fitness/footwork by just 10% that will improve your results.

I don't think there's a need to feel pressured to drive backhands. I mean, several professionals don't/didn't drive their backhands at all. Namely Feli Lopez, Steve Johnson and Dan Evans.
