I'm not talking about the guest on The Pat McAfee Show. I'm talking about Aaron Rodgers, the quarterback. Because if you don't remember that guy, you're missing out. Let's fix that by looking at film from his last season in Green Bay.

Lifelong Packers fan of 40 years and although my loyalties will always and forever be with my team i truly want to see Aaron come back next season and light the league up. The only way I'd ever cheer against him is if he were to play against Green Bay. Dude deserves another ring before he retires and no matter how hard they try the clowns in the national sports media will never make me think of Aaron as the "diva asshole " they try making him out to be. He's a stand up guy, an excellent leader on and off the field, and an awesome teammate according to everyone he's ever played with.

Packers management did this man so dirty. He put up MVP numbers 2 years in a row with 1 drafted WR. All they needed was 1 more good WR and 1 good TE for another SB or 2 and they didnt even attempt to draft either for 6 years.

Excellent video. IMHO Aaron Rodgers was the best QB of the 2010s. If there was a QB award for “most watchable” Rodgers would’ve won it every year. Like Steve Young was great in the 1990s in what I think is a similar system, there’s multiple reasons both only got one SB ring.

Please just stay healthy this year. We added some pieces on the line but still need to add depth, we’re one injury on the line away from the same position we were in last year…

Awesome breakdown! I think the Jets have to get that first round playmaker for Rodgers in this draft. Other top QBs like Brady and Mahomes have had Gronk and Kelce respectfully. Brock Bowers could be available; at least add a wideout. The Jets can do what the Packers always seemed to refuse to do year after year. Then provide depth to the OL later in the draft and in free agency for Rodgers to thrive!

@@nicholasmoser1918 Green Bay wasnt being fair to him? Dude has his run of the place and shit all over everyone except his close buddies. Had the biggest guaranteed contract ever, a voice in personnel decisions, near complete control over the offense, and when it didnt work out he blamed literally everyone else but himself. He ran out of fingers to point. Narcissist isnt a strong enough word to describe him. And besides that, hes only a shell of what he used to be physically. I cant believe theres still jets fans buying into this farce.

I don't like Aaron Rodgers and I don't know what he is now but he's a top 5 qb all time . Nobody in the history of this game has thrown the ball with the combination of longevity and throwing dimes no matter where on the field. He'll be 41? in December so father time has his own sense of humor but I won't be surprised either way.

For Rodgers to succeed, which is more impactful in a successful passing game: an Offensive Lineman or a playmaker (WR/TE) creating separation? If you’re the Jets GM, which would you prefer to draft at 10?
@williamhermann6635
@williamhermann6635 2 ай бұрын
Linemen. On a pass play, the blockers arent just buying time for the qb to throw. Theyre buying time for receivers to get open. The more dominant the oline, the less dominant the receivers need to be. Everything starts up front.
@HarrisonHollers
@HarrisonHollers 2 ай бұрын
@@williamhermann6635 I’ve heard differently from sources like PFF. They claim as long as an OL is average; most lines in the league these days, building outside-in will allow a successful offense with playmakers taking pressure off the OL. Old days it was inside-out; OL dominating allowing playmakers time to run routes. Also, which position can be more impactful sooner? OL guys are usually not great til year 3. Lots of playmakers are entering the league with high production.
