I heard that an Egyptian officer that when they were ready to finish off the Israeli defending lines in Sinai desert in 73 they saw suddenly thousands of angels with shining spears. They took off there boots trhow away there guns and they ran away in the desert. God will defend Israel to bring them to the Lord.

I hope you recognise one day IDF was used by God like He has done in the past - soldiers still died then even though God gave victories to Israel against the pagans around. This is exactly why God asked Gideon to take only 300 men lest Israel said in their hearts they achieved the victory by their own hands.

In September, 1973, I was a freshman living in a dorm at Mississippi State University. All of us on that floor were particularly aware of the deep spiritual aspect of the Yom Kippur war and we began to wonder if this could escalate into an end of days scenario, and if we would be called upon to fight. There was, among us, a need to read Revelations aloud, which happened. None of us were Jewish which shows how deeply concerned many Americans were over the fate of Israel.

I noted the very disturbing reality today as it was almost 50 years ago that the UN has never been in favour of Israel since the very beginning. It will step out to end war that would have been a victory to Israel practically sit back and enjoy the show when it sees that Israel is suffering and losing a war. With thousands of rockets launched into Israel since we can remember, the UN has never, not a single resolution condemning the rocket attacks but have consistently without fail, to rebuke Israel from retaliating.

But for Henry Kissinger, Golda Meir would have attacked first. Kissinger said if Israel were to strike first they, "would not get one nail from the U.S." He also said, "Israel needs to bleed a bit." That was the kind of support she as getting from the U.S. at the time.

The Nixon administration had a 48 hour period of hesitation after hostilities began. In the end Nixon was convinced and he decided to assist Israel with all the material the US had at that time. Quoting "How many C5s have we got? 23! Use them all and give them everything." Note that the Soviet Union was sending weaponry by air both to Syria and Egypt including advisers. The reasons for the hesitation was very probably the fear of the Soviet reaction. The reasons for helping Israel were probably not to let the Soviet Union win the battle by proxies and show the superiority of US weaponry, not to let down an ally. Also the possibility of Israel using nukes on its enemies, something that could have triggered a nuclear war between the two superpowers. Some say God sent down angels and ordered the Syrians to pull back when they were about to break through the Israeli lines. We blame Kissinger for stopping us from preempting before the whole thing started as we thank him for convincing the US president later on and especially Nixon for his help. What followed after the cease-fire is another matter.

I think this was the start of what’s known as shuttle diplomacy. Kissinger went to the Egyptians and said one thing, then went to Israel and said keep it going for a while more, wink wink. He was on Israel’s side.

***** I hate nasser btw, he was a communist who tried to be an arab leader falsely because egyptians are no arabs , he was basically a disaster and I look up on sadat as the egypts best leader in the 20th century. Jewish people claim to be chosen and islam claim that egyptians are the best soldiers on earth but I don't belive in both, I believe that people who are united, prepared and planning ahead are victorious for that I don't underestimate israelis, egyptians came along way in their thinking since 67, don't you underestimate them, btw I like this discussion because this is the first time to talk to an israeli and I hope it won't be the last

***** well thank you for your civilized manner of speech. allow me to clear that misinterpretation of my statement. I belive that Jesus pbuh was the spirit of god in which he was void of the animalistic part of man. He didn't marry, eat , slept as little as he could, nearly didn't have any possessions, moved a lot. Jesus was in some way out of the human condition. I could even tell you that I belive he was sinless while muhammed wasn't. I belive in his second coming in which he will complete his human condition. We belive in that coming so much that we reserve a place at the right of the tomb of Muhammed. As for the part of the son of god that would need like a four hours of discussion for you and me to understand what we mean by it. But i belive it was a sort of metaphorical image of his closeness as the closest in purity to the father of all rather than the beggeting. In which couldn't be done in the sense I think of except with lower animal functions like sexual function. I belive in his teachings. I belive he was sent to make humanity better, I belive in the core of the morals he pbuh spoke of. As for the bible mentioning muhammed. For example of many According to the Bible, God said to Moses, on whom be peace: “I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him.” (The Holy Bible, New International Version, Deuteronomy chapter 18, verse 18). The prophet described in the above verse must have the following three characteristics: 1. He will be like Moses. 2. He will come from the brothers of the Israelites, i.e. the Ishmaelites. 3. God will put His words in the mouth of that prophet and he will declare what God commanded him. I think of islam and christianity not as a different religion. To me islam is the last brick in a wall being built since adam. To me christianity or judaism isn't a different wall. To me any one who freely submits to the will of god is a muslim. Cause unfortunately we seem to not explain fully what muslim means. Islam has two meanings. The "deen" which means religion through the way of life. And "dyana" in which it is the part of the deen that a person follows, islam, christianity, judaism etc... . So in the broader sense any one who worships the creator is a Muslim even by the literal translation of the word "a person submitting himself with peace"

what the Israel people need is to trust God more than putting more trust to her Allie's..God knows more than Israel's allies. " God Defends His people, " The nations are a noisy, thunderous sea. But even they roar like a fearsome flood, God will give the command to turn them back.They will be like distortion like a tumbleweed blowing across the hills in a windstorm. In the evening their attack is fierce,but by morning they are destroyed. Isaiah 17:12-14. " You ,Lord, are my God I will praise you for doing the wonderful things.You had planned and promised since ancient times.You have destroyed the fortress of our enemies, leaving their cities in ruins. Nothing in that foreign city will ever be built. Now strong and cruel nations will fear and honor you. You have been a place of safety for the poor and needy people Brutal enemies pounded us like heavy rain or heat of the sun at noon,but you were our shelter.Those wild foreigners struck like scorching desert heat.But you were like a cloud protecting us from the sun.You kept our enemies from singing songs of victory.Isaiah 25:1-5. this is Gods protection and forgiveness. the Lord said, At that time you must sing about a fruitful vineyard. I, the Lord will protect it and always keep it watered. I guard it day and night to keep it from harm.I am no longer angry But if it produces thorns, I will go to war against it and burn it to the ground.Yet it the vineyard depends on me for protection it will become my friend and be at peace with me. Someday Israel will take root like a vine. It will blossom and Bear fruit that Covers the earth. I, the Lord, didn't punish and kill the people of Israel as fiercely as I punished and killed their enemies.I carefully measured out Israel's punishment and sent the scorching heat to chase them away. Isaiah 27:8

I watch this video in May 2021 when Israel is again under heavy attack by it's historical enemies and tension is higher than it's been in many years. Today more than ever we who love God and are called according to His purposes need to pray for Israel and His promised protection of His very special people. May America and it's leaders never fail to stand beside Israel, lest we fall along with the rest of her enemies. Jesus Himself said: "Salvation is of the Jews."

It is now well known that Israel was warned at least 24 hours before the Arab attack. A high ranking Egyptian diplomat in the pay of Israel warned Israel with precise details. Others did the same. The reason Israel did not preempt the attack is simple and sad in some respects as it costs unnecessary lives. Israel feared world opinion as being called "the agressor" and specially the US. Golda Meir had a very difficult decision to make. One strange thing because the roads in Israel were empty the reserves could reach the battle zones even quicker than expected. The major part of the US resupply airlift began on the 14 October 1973 when the battle of Sinai had already been lost by the Egyptians and Syria was in full retreat. Damascus was in easy artillary range.

God will always be faithful and will honour His vow to Abraham. In this short clip, "the enemy" has confessed with his own mouth to the power and faithfulness of the God of Israel. You would expect them to replace their Allah with the one true and Living God. Sadly, (I have to be blunt & straight to the truth) the Koran is a counterfeit and corrupted copy of the Holy Bible by the enemy of God. Those who live by that book are trapped in a spiritual prison; it will take the power of Name of Yeshua, Jesus Christ to set them free. By themselves, some of the Arab neighbours would always seek to destroy Israel.

Clear facts and results on the ground: 1-Egypt won the war by achieving the overall objectives by forcing Israel to negotiating, and eventually won Sinai back And never say that Israel gave back Sinai willingly, if so, then y try to take it in 1956 and 1967? And y Israel denied Sadat urge when he first took power, to withdraw behind the passages ? It has always been part of "great Israel from Nile to Euphrates" 2- Egyptian victory was obviously not a clear cut victory, hence acknowledging Israel as a nation, the idea of negotiating, and peace, and by the way Sadat paid the price for that peace. 3-USA put Soviets in their back pocket since day one, hence years after this war, Egypt leaves the Soviet camp and enters western camp 4- u want Sinai again, come and take it 😏

May the Lord G-d of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob continue to watch over His covenant people Israel and do all that He has promised He will do on the day He fulfils His word through the Jewish Prophets, in particular Zechariah, recorded at Zechariah 12:10.I understand the importance of Yom Kippur for many Jewish people, that it is the holiest day in the Jewish calendar and that many keep the fast and do religious acts of prayers and repentance according to what they have been taught.But my very dear Jewish people, consider that you may be religious but not right with G-d. I beseech you to consider two things:1. Is the manner in which the Day of Atonement/Yom Kippur kept today in obedience with word of G-d, which cannot be broken - or with the traditions and the word of mere men? See what the Torah actually says, pasted below point 2?2. Today there is no Temple, no sacrifices and so not possible to fulfil the word of G-d concerning Yom Kippur. Could this not be that this is because the Lord G-d did indeed provide for Himself a Lamb approximately 2000 years ago in the person of Yeshua HaMashiach who laid down His life on the cross as The Sin Offering once and for all time for the sins of the world, particularly His people the House of Israel and the House of Judah, and rose again from the dead in fulfilment of the word of G-d through His prophets Isaiah (see Isaiah 53), Jeremiah (see Jeremiah 33:31-33) and Daniel (see Daniel 9:25-26) - plainly written for you in your Hebrew Scriptures. Will you not consider this? If not now, when?Leviticus 16 in The Torah says this:The Day of Atonement16 Now the Lord spoke to Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they offered profane fire before the Lord, and died; 2 and the Lord said to Moses: “Tell Aaron your brother not to come at just any time into the Holy Place inside the veil, before the mercy seat which is on the ark, lest he die; for I will appear in the cloud above the mercy seat.3 [a]“Thus Aaron shall come into the Holy Place: with the blood of a young bull as a sin offering, and of a ram as a burnt offering. 4 He shall put the holy linen tunic and the linen trousers on his body; he shall be girded with a linen sash, and with the linen turban he shall be attired. These are holy garments. Therefore he shall wash his body in water, and put them on. 5 And he shall take from the congregation of the children of Israel two kids of the goats as a sin offering, and one ram as a burnt offering.6 “Aaron shall offer the bull as a sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house. 7 He shall take the two goats and present them before the Lord at the door of the tabernacle of meeting. 8 Then Aaron shall cast lots for the two goats: one lot for the Lord and the other lot for the scapegoat. 9 And Aaron shall bring the goat on which the Lord’s lot fell, and offer it as a sin offering. 10 But the goat on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat shall be presented alive before the Lord, to make atonement upon it, and to let it go as the scapegoat into the wilderness.11 “And Aaron shall bring the bull of the sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house, and shall kill the bull as the sin offering which is for himself. 12 Then he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from the altar before the Lord, with his hands full of sweet incense beaten fine, and bring it inside the veil. 13 And he shall put the incense on the fire before the Lord, that the cloud of incense may cover the mercy seat that is on the Testimony, lest he die. 14 He shall take some of the blood of the bull and sprinkle it with his finger on the mercy seat on the east side; and before the mercy seat he shall sprinkle some of the blood with his finger seven times.15 “Then he shall kill the goat of the sin offering, which is for the people, bring its blood inside the veil, do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bull, and sprinkle it on the mercy seat and before the mercy seat. 16 So he shall make atonement for the Holy Place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions, for all their sins; and so he shall do for the tabernacle of meeting which remains among them in the midst of their uncleanness. 17 There shall be no man in the tabernacle of meeting when he goes in to make atonement in the Holy Place, until he comes out, that he may make atonement for himself, for his household, and for all the assembly of Israel. 18 And he shall go out to the altar that is before the Lord, and make atonement for it, and shall take some of the blood of the bull and some of the blood of the goat, and put it on the horns of the altar all around. 19 Then he shall sprinkle some of the blood on it with his finger seven times, cleanse it, and consecrate[b] it from the [c]uncleanness of the children of Israel.20 “And when he has made an end of atoning for the Holy Place, the tabernacle of meeting, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat. 21 Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, confess over it all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions, concerning all their sins, putting them on the head of the goat, and shall send it away into the wilderness by the hand of a suitable man. 22 The goat [d]shall bear on itself all their iniquities to an [e]uninhabited land; and he shall release the goat in the wilderness.23 “Then Aaron shall come into the tabernacle of meeting, shall take off the linen garments which he put on when he went into the Holy Place, and shall leave them there. 24 And he shall wash his body with water in a holy place, put on his garments, come out and offer his burnt offering and the burnt offering of the people, and make [f]atonement for himself and for the people. 25 The fat of the sin offering he shall burn on the altar. 26 And he who released the goat as the scapegoat shall wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and afterward he may come into the camp. 27 The bull for the sin offering and the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the Holy Place, shall be carried outside the camp. And they shall burn in the fire their skins, their flesh, and their offal. 28 Then he who burns them shall wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and afterward he may come into the camp.29 “This shall be a statute forever for you: In the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, you shall [g]afflict your souls, and do no work at all, whether a native of your own country or a stranger who [h]dwells among you. 30 For on that day the priest shall make [i]atonement for you, to cleanse you, that you may be clean from all your sins before the Lord. 31 It is a sabbath of solemn rest for you, and you shall afflict your souls. It is a statute forever. 32 And the priest, who is anointed and consecrated to minister as priest in his father’s place, shall make atonement, and put on the linen clothes, the holy garments; 33 then he shall make [j]atonement for [k]the Holy Sanctuary, and he shall make atonement for the tabernacle of meeting and for the altar, and he shall make atonement for the priests and for all the people of the assembly. 34 This shall be an everlasting statute for you, to make atonement for the children of Israel, for all their sins, once a year.” And he did as the Lord commanded Moses.May the Lord G-d of Israel bless you with light and truth in believing the WHOLE counsel of His word to you all.Shalom.

9:00 the footage was made later after the cease-fire, and after Israel allowed the pharaoh-wannabe's 3rd army to go home after it was surrounded in the Sinai on the brink of surrender. A true ''Arab victory'' as usual.

Isaiah mission was carried out by Jesus. The light is Jesus. I hope Mr. Unsdorfer knows that. but I doubt it. When a Jewish person quotes Isaiah they omit and cut off Jesus from it even though it is plainly written about it.

matt Doug - The book written by human hands after compiling and sifting through tonnes of verses from individuals, the Koran is a "counterfeit" copy of the the original Word of God. It's purpose is to oppose the Holy Bible. Muhammad or followers elevate him above the Lord Jesus. It's really silly as Islam recognises Him Lord Jesus) as being the Word of God and the Messiah. Without the rivalry and lip service to Jesus,,there will be no Islam.

so the Israelis didn't really need the USA after all then? - they could have simply reconquered the land (they stole in 1967) and left it there.You really are funny even for a Zio-zombie - mind you when it comes to FACTS and HISTORICAL REALITY Zio-zombies tend to get a little confused.Oh by the way there is no God - religion is an emotional crutch for simple and weak minded people.

I would rather lean on the more realistic notion (and fact) that the Military forces simply kicked some serious ass, with very human tools: bravery, determination, and tactical brilliance. No deities required! Once we get past the 2800 or so "gods" humanity has had to suffer and chop it's way through, we'll finally get to the business of ethics human solidarity and progress. "There are those whose views about religion are not very different from my own, but who nevertheless feel that we should try to damp down the conflict, that we should compromise it. … I respect their views and I understand their motives, and I don't condemn them, but I'm not having it. To me, the conflict between science and religion is more important than these issues of science education or even environmentalism. I think the world needs to wake up from its long nightmare of religious belief; and anything that we scientists can do to weaken the hold of religion should be done, and may in fact be our greatest contribution to civilization" ~Steven Weinberg . 1979 Nobel Prize in Physics

I don't deny those 'victories'. (Even if the _effects_ of those conflicts have given rise to long-standing problems of a different sort) Beyond the bible though, we have almost _NO_ evidence for the existence of David and many other biblical characters. God saving a Nation? The Old Testament is full of the _opposite_ - Genocide of all those peoples who might pose a threat to the 'Chosen Race'. It's actually a disgusting history.
@worship1fortoday
@worship1fortoday 8 жыл бұрын
Adam Mangler No, it was not genocide to those posing a threat.....they were involved in demon worship, burning their children alive and many, many abominations they refused to give up....The Lord knew if he did not act, many millions of children especially would have been burned, cut in half etc. those nations were doing exactly what isis is doing now and they had no heart to repent!!

@hansvandenberg6464 6 жыл бұрын
First of all: God used satan's (and Hitler's) plans against them and WW II was opening the stubborn hearts of His people who refused to return before to Israel. So they began to return. Secondly, many people during the time of Hitler didn't believe in God or His Messiah Yeshua, there were even jews and non-jews who willingly went following up orders from the nazi's thinking it would be not so bad as people said. God did deliver many during the time of the Nazi's thanks to many courageous people like Corrie ten Boom and others. But many things we will not understand ever without having met God after our death or after the Messiah's return
