Disney had a line of dolls based on Disney Channel stars that was more clever at trabslating the actresses faces into dolls. How? Well they weren't trying to be realiatic, they made the dolls look like cartoon versions of the stars so they absolutely reflect the women's appearances while avoiding being realistic. Go check those out, they should be the golden standard for live action to dolls merch.
