On a never used canon pro 1000 that never saw ink, if I wish can I use empty OEM carts (fully empty) and fill with Harvested Canon OEM ink, put the ARC chips on and then successfully initialize and prime the new printer? OR, must the original setup must be OEM only to properly initialize without a 17xx error ? TY !!

Hi Jose. I have the dreaded B200 error. I installed all new ink cartridges and then shortly after the B200 error appeared. I accept the fact that I have a bad print head. I cant' figure out how to remove my ink cartridges, because the printer keeps blinking B200. I've done everything to try to reset the printer to at least stay on without blinking so I can have the ink cartridge carriage to slide over to remove them. Any suggestions or do I give this printer a quiet funeral?
