3.47 That is not a photo of Lauren Grandcolas: it is Melissa Harrington-Hughes. Very poor by broadcaster. The audio *is* from Melissa and the man shown *is* her husband is Sean. Also wrong at 06.43, that is NOT Tower One collapsing - it is Tower Two, the first to fall. You'd imagine, in 2021, 20 years after the event that the CBS journalists would have known the basic details of what tower collapsed when. So poor.
