The NFL remembers the 1992 Los Angeles Riots on it's 30-year anniversary, which was one of the largest civil unrests in United States history. LA natives and leaders continue to expand the conversation on police/community relations, and reflect on society's efforts to rebuild and unify.

3:17 and that’s where you’re wrong. People who spoke out about things decades ago actually had guts and believed in what they were saying, because it wasn’t the mainstream thing to do. Now, people are “speaking out” because if they do anything other than that, they’re cancelled. The NFL is just saving face with this. So now you’re taking Kaepernick’s side after everything that happened? The fact that they decided to post this shows how spineless they are. EVERYTHING is for good PR and the NFL knows it.

And as for rioting and looting, India has the largest slums on the face of this Earth, and somehow India and Pakistan both manage to avoid mass footings in spite of mass poverty. Maybe both central LA needs an attitude adjustment, and to stop feeling offended by every lack of interaction they interpret as insulting.

I was literally born 2 months after the riots and My mom and Older sister remember how horrible that day and the days that followed were. My mom and sister were living in Lynwood at the time Which isn't far from florence and Normandie the main ground zero of the riots. They went grocery shopping (they had no idea that the verdict found those officers not guilty and that a war was about to begin.) My mom says that she found out from the store manager who made the announcements That everyone needed to go home for their safety the Rodney King trail ended and those officers are not guilty. She knew things were gonna get ugly. She was right because It didn't take long for my mom and sister to see the rioters as soon as they (my mom and sister) existed the store they saw the rioters coming to them and my mom and sister dropped the items and got in the car. My mom knocked a few of them (rioters who got on top of my mom's car.) down. Scared but she wasn't gonna let anything happen to my older sister and me since I was still in her tummy. So I grew up hearing what happened and that's scary to know and see clips of this knowing it happened. And yes I'm thankful nothing bad happened to my mom and sister. And even now 31 years later they are still here ❤. I really hope we never have to deal with this ever again.

It’s important to talk about this as Afro Americans play a key role in the nfl as over 60% of the players of the NFL are blacks as black Americans built up America contributed trillions of dollars for the American economy played a key role CW as 50% of the residents of the south were black and joined the northern unionist in large numbers as soldiers and spies as black Americans created the American way of life and America’s biggest music genres like Rock Gospel Jazz Soul Funk House Techno RNB and Hip Hop all the Music Genre the majority of the Americans love so much. Therefore it is very important to talk about black issues because without blacks there wouldn’t be the america with its unique culture and music.

Good question. The answer: Absolutely nothing, they're doing it for their gain because if people see them saying "we love blm!", people will give them more money. That's all they care about is the money, nothing more, and sure as hell nothing less.
