A judge can only overturn a guilty verdict. They can’t overturn a not guilty verdict because that would violate the defendant’s 5th amendment right. Therefore in this case all 4 officers were found not guilty on all counts so it was impossible for the judge to overturn any of the verdicts to guilty.

If he just murdered two people in a spur of the moment thing why wouldn’t his car be covered and smeared with blood all over his seats and floor? They examined that bronco and there was barely any blood in there. About 2 drops worth of blood in the bronco. A few smears here and there. There was 1.5mL of blood missing that they can’t account for. Where are the bloody clothes and murder weapon? Why wouldn’t they allow Nicole’s phone records in court??
