If I had a dollar for each time someone tells me: "I don't know why you keep going to the gym/doing cardio if you're already fit" I would be able to retire by now. Yes dude, I'm somewhat fit because I made it a lifestyle, the moment I stop I will go back to be a little ball of fat.

Damn Rem! I just want to say thanks. I was sitting watching this video. I started getting upset with myself because I didn't go out for my morning walk. Excuse 1 I told myself it's to humid out. Excuse 2. I won't get a good walk in because I have to go out. Excuse 3. I'm still a bit tired from a long day yesterday. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. I didn't lose 70 pounds by sitting on my ass. It was hard work and determination. So I jumped on the stationary bike and peddled my ass off. Sweating and tired looked down at traveled 20 miles. Thanks for reminding me that excuses is exactly why I was 70 pounds heavier. Trying to stay positive especially through all these tough times. Thanks for putting out this content to help keep me motivated. Plain and simple. THANK YOU!

Thankful I found you’re channel, I use to be extremely healthy and fit I would kick box and work out 6 days a week also salsa dance on Friday nights because of the workout it gave me plus was fun. Fast forward years later I gained a bit because I was sick fast forward I had my first daughter and gained a whopping 70 pounds during that pregnancy 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ then my second with my son I gained 32 not as bad but not good. I started losing massive weight and fast after my son and having gallbladder surgery and was on the road to where I know I’m meant to be at then my dad died and well everything went to shit. Everything you have said in this video is what I needed to here. I need to be back to who I was and I will not quite!! JonnyAlmighty majority of my clients were not serious. They would half ass their workouts, eat whatever they wanted, not show up to the session. And think doing a 30 minute workout a week should do it. There were some serious clients who actually cared and were committed. Besides the clients they pay sucks. As a beginner you’ll start at a big box gym which will pay you 12$ an hour which is less than TARGET AND INO. after getting some experience you can become independent and bust your ass to find clients. You will constantly have to find clients and that costs money. The schedule also sucks, you will be working at odd times. I worked mornings and evenings which costs gas money and time.
