Irony that Pandaria is where you and Evi got together and have so many good memories, for me and my former spouse it was quite the opposite inflection point in our marriage. I'm looking forward to Remix to get to experience content that I didn't really get to appreciate back in 2012-2014. The new Bronze system as well as ALL the xmogs mounts and toys being straight purchasable in game with IN GAME currency I earn by playing the game is fantastic and exactly what this game needs. Whether this ends up being Chromie Time 2.0 or a rotating event, either way it's dope.

Banging intro. Also, if you use Narcissus then it includes an enhanced achievement tab with a back button, just have to bind it to open instead of the Blizz default one. The layout and everything is really sympathetic to the original Blizz design, so well worth it.

I feel very much like you do about not spoiling too much of Pandamonium, but I *am* glad that I know the source of the "Illusion: Sha Corruption" weapon particle effect because (non-gladiator) weapon illusions and hearthstone animations are my collectors' weaknesses in WoW! I get disproportionately excited about them, so that is one reward I will target thanks to information learned from PTR info!

Tali, that's Speed (Rating), it doesn't mean 800% speed increase, and is less effective at higher levels. It's still a lot more than a Speed proc on current level 70 items, but without looking it up, I expect a 150%-300% increase, possibly open-ended via cloak scaling.

No I know we worked it put in stream using an old speed calculator and it came out at about 350%, ie non-dynamic flying mount speed :)

I was the one who said the "There are other races in the game, you know.". Which I do still stand for, truth be told. Night elves take the spotlight way more than most other races. ReMix is literally WoW's version of an ARPG Challenge League (Like Path of Exile or Diablo Leagues/Seasons). 3 month duration, unique mechanics, achievements, unique cosmetic rewards, and characters transferring to the base "league" when it ends.. It's exactly like it, and I'm all here for it!

This looks so cool, my wife and I have been on a break from WoW since we finished thhe raid and Season 4 fated didn't really get us hype. We're waiting for the expansion to jump back in. But I think this sort of mode is perfect to fill those holes before the next expansion. A mini-expansion if you will, to go back and play expansions you remember, haven't played, or loved, riding it into thhe next new expansion instead of doing a Fated season. Looking forward to this

There's a second version as well that has a cloth covering the face, similar to the one WoD mail BoE set, which looks a lot better, especially given that tendrils don't seem to work currently with either version. DO kinda wish it included a back piece of some sort, but otherwise rather like the set!

no it's not. his idea was about a curated number of quests and stories getting featured where you get to experience the main story by the end of your levelling journey. this one is giving you an expansion to play around and go crazy with power and try any raid, quest or scenario you feel like and get a regular max level character by the end of it all. very different concepts Arana.

From my PTR testing yesterday: Yes, you can use addons. Unlike Plunderstorm, this isn't taking place on its own separate tournament realm. This is basically retail WoW, with your character trapped in MoP Chromie Time, and with a bunch of extra changes to loot, gear, and items layered on top of that. But as for account-wide achievements, collectables, etc, you're still effectively on Retail.

I love the idea of this type of feature being an end of the expansion way to level up a couple alts and get some old, outdated collectables at the same time! This would be a really fun way to fill the lull between the final season and new xpac, your main won't feel behind if you don't play it but it's something fun to do to mess with some different alts. Might finally level a druid or mage!

As a new player to WoW I've been wanting to go back through all the previous expansions to get the Lore experience and having this Remix for each previous expansion from Shadowlands and before would be perfect, experience the old expansions but with current gen game mechanics at an accelerated leveling pace. Having this essentially replace the chromie time I think would be great, they would of course have to have these remixes available forever (not sure about the implications of that).

Maybe, again akin to Diablo, it'll end up being like a regular seasonal rotation like current timewalking dungeon and raid events. Three month of each expansions, until we circle back to MoP like each two-three years, and we would all wait for it because it remains the best anyway. (And it's very free to play!)
