It did not have as much scenery as the other locations. The mist and the all gray theme made it very unappealing for most people. I still really liked the story of it.

One thing I disliked about Nerud was that you barely feel any difference between the different campaigns. Aesthetically Giger land is pretty cool.

N'Erud is pretty great, just like any other area. The thing is, it is very ugly and people tend to dislike it overall. Still, I love it just like any other area, and also enjoy how it doesn't try to hide itself behind eye candy.

I like it too but it's both incredibly colorless compared to the other ones-- desolate is the word. But it's also the worst map. Everything is placed around the edges, so you just follow the outline over and over again.

@@kranolive Exactly what I just said to my buddy that I play Survival mode with almost every weekend still. Sounds like a "We didn't know how to recreate survival mode with the addition of the new archetypes, so let's just do this" mode. They have a great mode that allowed for unlimited replayability! Why try to change that formula? Hopefully, this mode will allow us to jump to R2 from RftA and give us a challenge + benchmarks to try to beat for our previous bests.

Gah Dayum!! That Boss Rush mode has me hyped. Back to N'Erud, the world with my favourite lore. This was my first Gunfire Games - game and I started on this world and due to some glitches happening with saves and such I after the release of the game. I had to restart a couple of times. So I restarted N'Erud each time in order to just complete it before experiencing the full game. Back then it was sort of frustrating, having to start over again a couple of times. But I grew to actually like the setting and story of the world as I traveled it and discovered new items and read their flavour texts. So this DLC is going to be a great time for me, being able to explore more of N'Erud and seeing what the devs have to offer.

warden was never in datamine hell as far as im aware, he was just an early draft that would have been added instead of invoker, they scrapped the idea and went for magic guy instead of shield dude. edit: im a dumbass i guess, didnt check the description and was so confused cause everyone went on about warden :')

What I loved most about survival mode was the pseudo-random weapon loadouts. If Boss Rush just takes our normal characters' loadouts and gives a few buffs, it'll be disappointing. Having to piece together whatever junk you found / was in the shop and make it work was a massive part of the experience for me.

Are we getting a 4th separate DLC like Subject 2923 to tie things up and set up ideas? I hate to say it but I was really hoping you'd folks would be using the whole setting to go ham on the kind of worlds we could see but sticking to the 3 prime ones feels disappointing. "3rd and Final DLC" was stated awhile ago. We aren't getting another. As for the ending, we end up on Earth, and all of the root was deleted. That's why we saw a peak of Yaesha without corruption

As someone who has literally everything possible and everything maxed in remnant 2 and it’s dlcs from all the rings and amulets to all weapons and archtypes including all currupted weapons and all concoctions and relics down to every last secret, I definitely look forward to this dlc and I hope there’s a lot of new stuff and a ton of new secret puzzles. My buddy and I played Chronos and we played and got literally everything in remnant 1 as well lol. My wife asked me why I like getting everything in the game and I told her because it’s just fun to accomplish getting everything lol. I’ve always been that way with video games ever since I was a kid in the 90s (I’m 33 my wife is 33 and our son is 2)
