This is not the only place it can be in. I found mine on the bottom to the right of the checkpoint look around it's not only in one spot

Nice but the book spawn is random even on the 1 shot adventure, they might also get the other book from what i read wich can only be traded at the scribe. Btw, you should have explain how the heart works in this case since it's not clear
