It's an unbelievably better game in several regards, story, build craft, class variety, loot, player engagement and just how much content is on the plate without the need for seasonal updates. I loved the first game but they delivered way too much as a follow up. Not to mention how customer friendly it is price wise

In the forest area I found a golden dice Keychain amulet that increase scrap gain by 50% & it's a god send. I put the healing mod in the secondary & it has save me a lot of times. Use the fire mod in primary weapon & buy the fire ring that someone sell in ward 13 to do decent dmg early with that mod. Also if you use that mod when you empty the magazine you'll get a instat full magazine with that mod so no need to reload animation.

​@@alangb2086 it's usually in a side dungeon in yaesha, thats where me and my friends found it a few times in campaigns and adventure re rolls...it's called the scavengers bobble, it definitely helps with scrap, it ups your scrap drop/find by like 50% or so...hope u find it, good luck

Tip2 Addendum: You can switch to ANY class you want, you just need to unlock it in game. The starting classes can be unlocked immediately...after you gathered some resources, which takes just a few hours.

I was referring to actually having a 2nd class, so having a dual archetype, which you can only do much later in the game 😊 You can change your main class very early on, that I don't disagree on 😊

@@DomsRoundtable I watched your Video. Tip 11 mentions that, but not in detail. It is just important to say that you don't need a second character, that you can play EVERY class with just that one character. Just like FF14.

For all the new people that didnt do early access. The gunslinger is not available till you go through 2 worlds and the labrynth. Talk to mudtooth and listen to like a couple dozen stories and after ur second world on one campaign when hes out of stories he will give you the class engram for gunslinger

Only trouble I see with a "walkthrough" of Remnant 2: it's got random "generation" to it. So only some parts of the game will 100% match yours, if anything it be better for them to use Adventure mode and show us each area/realm/world of the game 1 by 1. What can you find in the world, the bosses, the loot, etc

Most Important Tip: UNDERSTAND YOUR GEAR AND IT'S STATS: Remember Shot Guns can do range Damage but almost all weapon have Fall off, So Remember to play to it's Strength, Similar to Melee and Armor.

Adventure mode lets you choose one map from any worlds you have beaten the main boss . These can be re-rolled at any time without affecting your story campaign and are completely randomised

I started as Challenger, am I actually gonna regret putting points into HP/Stamina? They seem like no-brainer stats for me. Also how many talent points do we get total?

I think HP & Stamina are great choices for any class, more survivability is always good right! You get 85 trait points total, but 20 are allocated automatically, so you get 65 to work with (this is through completing both Story Mode AND Adventure Mode) 😊

Gunslinger is not available for non-preorder people as a starting class. Everyone else than pre-order peeps have to go and unlock it, by listening to *all* of Mudtooth's stories.

You should know that mods like flame shot reload your gun when activated

The number in the minimap is the enemy level of the area so make sure to upgrade your weapon only if your level is too far below that on the minimap because enemies scale with your level

On console there is glitch where the crouch button, climb button and rb button stop working after first engagement of combat and on respawn. I hope they patch the glitch before the main games comes out, so much for buying early releases.

I kinda treat the game like Monster Hunter after every boss. Upgrade, mod, buy items, get out there, save Talent points, and wreck shop.

This game is awesome. When it comes to exploring though, it does not pay to be playing online. Almost no one who joins your game is there to do anything but kill things. I have 15 hours in the game so far and it's frustrating to get to a new map, you want to explore, and the two randos with you just run around killing everything. I have started playing solo when I get to a new area, identify all the tough spots, bosses and dungeons, explore every inch of the map, then go online and get some help for the hard fights.

If you are referring to the Nightweather, in the first phase just keep circling around the big fountain/statue in the middle so you don't get caught in it's vortex attack that keeps sucking you in, just keep your distance and taking shots when you can. Be SUPER passive in phase 2 when you get dragged inside the building, it's very very easy if you just stay away from it and only attack when it's crawling towards you, be patient and just stay far away from all other attacks 😊

@@stuti1357 Don't listen to that guy he's stuck in the first area because they don't know how to progress. As far as new rings go there should be plenty of slots for new rings. I've yet to run out of space and I've already finished one playthrough. If you get repeat rings from playing with friends or randos it gets turned into scrap. If you can't scroll in your ring slots then your game might be bugged.

So each environment is randomised, however I found it in a timed dungeon in N'Erud. I progressed naturally through that area and came across the dungeon and that was the reward for completing it 😊

I don't understand this game. Everything is random, my objectives aren't clear, I'm just running in circles in the same 1st area that sucks (futuristic wasteland). I really don't see the point. I'm supposed to pick up globes but I only found 2 and I feel like I' ve explored everything. So yeah, I'm debating on rerolling the world. I'm making no progress.
