JC, I do like the shrimp shack and you've done a great job with the modificaitons! great placement in your seaside area, too! the water effect is very nice! I love what you did with the boat, the roof looks interesting! adding rocks and a wooden boardwalk was perfect and it makes the whole thing look more natural. I can see why you took out the monster parts! LOL not necessary for the citizens of your Lego city! Good idea to make the roof modular so it can be opened up! and nice to see Stefan from Bricksonville putting lights up! LOL LOL, I guess you are Dr. JC now because you are doing surgery on those monster parts! LOL Ah hah! sugar shack! but so funny to have the running gag of the sugar pushers again! LOL more packets of white sugar! Cops don't even know that the sugar is hidden under the bottles! and the barrels have sugar in them too! LOL and many kilos of sugar and money in the secret area! wow! great storyline! LegoLoved this! Vickie 😃💚🌈💙😍

The reMoC is fantastic, if or when I get it, I might as well copy it with maybe some of my own mods...I will too remove the Hidden Side elements. Maybe I will leave it for a few days as is for the kids to play first and thereafter reMoC it. The whole set up looks beautiful and pity I haven’t bought the Old Fishing Shop whilst it was in the retail market. The story with the...sugar 😉 is really clever 😁. Thanks for sharing Master.

Absolutely top form JC. I love the moc - it’s superb. I have both the fishing store and the houseboat sets because I had a similar vision of them as you do. Seeing the shrimp shack the way you’ve integrated it makes so much sense. I absolutely love it. Your story lines are brilliant. The sugar trade is rife in your city though, I’m worried it’s getting overrun with criminals.

It looks great along with the Old Fishing Store and the boat. I've remoc'd mine for my Ninjago District in a similar way, and the next block along has room for the Shrimp Boat to deliver. There's no nefarious goings-on in my city though - no sugar in sight! 😉

Feels like you managed to include a lot in a relatively small build. Re the sugar, is it a more serious approach so that It's actually "sugar" or more whimsical and actual sugar? I liked the soda box, don't know if I've seen that before, the build made it look SO MUCH like the top of soda bottles, I must build one those myself one day soon! 😀
