Hi Tim, a lot bigger job than I first envisioned, well done, may I suggest that when you finish "blitzing" that garden bed that you turn your trimmer vertically as you do for edging and cut the runners into a grated pattern, this should make it easier to remove the roots and therefore regrowth, cheers!!!🥰😘

I like the idea of that remote controlled mower. For those of us who remember when, who can’t find anyone to do the job as flash as we could and like and who can’t now wander around behind a mower this toy is the go. Robot mowers are not a choice as no-one has a square, unobstructed lawn, at least with this we can go anywhere and obtain the same cut as we expect from a normal mower. Thanks for the lesson Tim. I might have to bale up my local mower shop for one!

He said it was not the best one to use on the lawns he films, he was trying it out so everyone could see what it performs like. It will be great for getting kids to mow the lawns, and elderly people like myself, and the disabled etc. Perhaps you would prefer to see people doing the lawns with hand push mowers or scythes? That was what we had to use before electric tools became available.

Im thinking of using it commercially. I have a couple properties over 15 degree slope. Zero turn cant get there. Push mower is annoying as hell. Whippet snip is slow. This will absolutely eat it. Aswell as doing some unit blocks. I reckon it could be good. Once i get it i can advertise that i can tackle slopes above 15 degrees up to 40 degrees. Big money in that specialist area. Other units cost 40k it just way out of range

Interesting remote controlled mower. I did have concerns about mowing in unfamiliar yard with it, thinking what objects might be lurking there. And then you found one at the utility pole. It certainly would be great for someone unable to walk the yard provided it can operate without the bagger. It would also be great in areas with hazardous mowing, such as poison ivy, or thorny types of plants. The small chainsaw looks like a winner. BTW, you called it wrong with grassy area on pavement. It was grassy, just was not supposed to be grassy. It is always funny that as hard as we struggle in some areas to get grass to grow, and then it takes such a strong hold in areas that we do NOT want it.

@@dfwait14 It would be ideal for elderly people like me, or the disabled, and kids would love it. You can get your 5 year old to mow the lawns.

Wow, that palm tree grew another metre in the time you were there! 😂 It will probably grow a lot better now.

Great transformation. Wow, I am impressed with your edging skills using only a stringer. Hi from the US. Love your accent!

Egad, next, a drone will film a remote lawnmower operated by you and Carthic during a podcast from miles away. All you need is an empty bag and to pop back to do the edging. That said, if the mower is affordable, just imagine how many disabled people could mow their own lawns if someone helped get it out and empty it as needed. It's a fascinating piece of kit, Tim. Oh, and great job, as always, mate. Shame about your mower, too, but valuable lesson to those watching. Trim around those before mowing.

You missed a bit Tim. Just kidding 😂. If I still lived in Sydney I’d volunteer my husband to be your offsider. 😊 He loves mowing and doing yard work. Awesome job as usual. ❤🦘🇦🇺
