What a fun house! Love those little hobit caves, they would be sooo fun for the kiddos, or even for adults rekindling their childish fun... the kitchen is a bit unique, but all of the energy its taken to reveal the stunning natural rock and brickwork is truly, priceless! ☆ Very important Q ☆ HOW MUCH IS THIS???

I don’t understand the Italian passion for having the main entrance into a house through the kitchen. Don’t people cook in Italy? My kitchen is always messy. I like my company to enter my house through the front door in the foyer, which I designed myself and is spectacular.

Nice property! Btw, is there a way of hiding those outside power cables somehow? It would be great to figure that out across all centros storicos. P.s. Drawer style cabinets in the kitchen could add extra usable space.

I wish there was a way, they belong to the power grid….. I think by 2030 they should go underground The kitchen has an entire drawer cabinet, didn’t show in the video ⭐️
