@@guerro327 thank you. Seems reasonable. I figure another 100-130 to do a new kitchen and fix things up and to reconfigure the structure back in to a single family house. That might be a bit high or low as I’m not that knowledgeable about renovations in Italy. But it’s really a wonderful house! Pretty much exactly what I want in a house 👍

@@salentowithlove3314 thanks for the info. It was a guesstimate based on 30 years in New York real estate. I don’t know much about contractors and renovations in Italy, but I calculated what it might be in manhattan and cut the price by about 35% (the New York City premium to get anything done) It’s really a great space. Full of charm and potential. The work that needs to be done looks mostly cosmetic, not structural. I’m just starting to look for a place in Europe as a sort of home base from which I can both travel from and return to. As I narrow things down and get more serious I hope to find something very much like this. Can’t wait for your next one 👍
