We have installed many UCMs over the last six years and have had great experiences with them. There are still many applications where hosted does not make, usually financial, sense. This new generation of 63xxx UCMs remove almost all of the negatives of a premise server. Not having to deal with port forwarding and other firewall settings is fantastic. We have been putting a 3202 UCM through its paces for a while now and managing it via the GDMS/cloud and are almost ready to deploy these. Typically want to see a product working for a few months first.

Hi, thanks for the presentation! I visit the cloud site and the infomation is that the GDMS service is free, you mention that is free for 6 months, I can't get that information, and I can't get the other plans. Can you please help with that.. thanks

Thank you for reaching out! Once the UCM6300 is added to GDMS, you can only unbind it from GDMS using the same account.

Yes, when you add the UCM6300 to your GDMS account, you will get the option to remotely access the UCM web interface

you can enable remoe management on the IPPBX but usually house internet is setup on dynamic IP, so either use dyndns or noip to point using the http managment port to it. so you can access it anywhere.. cheers!

you need to ask your telephone provider to activate the calller ID by default - this is not activated unless inform them you need it
