Remove and Install Top Steering Bearing - Stark VARG

Steps:
** REMOVAL **
- Remove phone
- Press down the lever on the docking station
- Remove phone
- Remove front number plate
- Remove number plate bolt
- Remove number plate up and outward
- Work the brake line out of the brackets
- Remove front brake assembly
- Remove brake line bracket screws
- Remove bracket
- Remove caliper bolts
- Slide the caliper out
- Remove junctionbox lid
- Loosen connectors
- Disconnect the plugs
- Remove handlebar
- Take note of the handlebar angle before loosening docking station bolts
- Remove docking station bolts
- Remove front fender
- Remove fender bolts
- Hold the fender while removing the last bolt
- Take the fender out between the forks
- Remove front wheel
- Loosen fork clamp bolts on the left fork
- Loosen wheel axle lock nut
- Loosen fork clamp bolts on the right fork
- Push the axle lock nut inside
- Remove axle lock nut
- Lift the front of the bike to support the rear wheel on the floor
- Hold the wheel and remove the axle
- Slide the wheel out between the forks
- Remove forks
- Loosen the triple clamp fork bolts
- Hold the fork while loosening the last bolt
- Slide the fork downward
- Loosen steering head clamp bolt
- Loosen top lock nut but do not remove it completely
- Hold the lower triple clamp and remove lock nut
- Remove the top triple clamp upward
- Remove the top o-ring
- Slide the bottom triple clamp downward
- Remove the top cap
- Remove the seal
- Remove the bearing
** INSTALLATION **
- Clean top bearing seat
- Grease bearing seat
- Install bearing
- Install seal
- Install cap
- Clean bottom bearing seat
- Apply grease
- Slide the triple clamp inside and hold it
- Insert top o-ring
- Install top triple clamp
- Tighten top lock nut
- Ensure the triple clamp assembly holds before releasing your hand
- Install forks
- Slide the fork upward inside the triple clamp
- Align the height and orientation of the fork
- Hold the fork and tighten lower clamp bolts
- Ensure the fork holds in place before releasing it
- Tighten top lock nut to value engraved on the part
- Tighten triple clamp bolts to value engraved on the part
- Tighten steering head clamp bolt to value engraved on the part
- Install handlebar
- Place the handlebar on the clamps
- Insert the bolts on the docking station
- Tighten bolts
- Adjust the handlebar angle
- Tighten bolts to 30 Nm
- Slide cables through the triple clamp
- Connect the plugs
- Clip connectors onto the junctionbox
- Tighten junctionbox bolts
- Install front fender
- Install the fender between the forks
- Hold the fender in place and install bolts
- Tighten front fender bolts to 8 Nm
- Install front wheel
- Slide the wheel between the forks
- Wiggle the wheel and fork whilst pushing the axle inside
- Gently bring down the front of the bike
- Tighten axle lock nut
- Tighten right fork clamp bolts
- Install front brake assembly
- Slide the brake caliper onto the brake disc
- Tighten caliper bolts
- Tighten bolts to 25 Nm
- Install the bracket with the brake line inside
- Ensure correct alignment to avoid crushing the brake line
- Tighten brake line bracket screws
- Tighten axle lock nut to 35 Nm
- Loosen right fork clamp bolts
- Spin the wheel a few times and squeeze the brake
- Tighten all fork clamp bolts to 15 Nm
- Install front number plate
- Fit the brake line in the number plate brackets
- Slide the number plate in the front fender slots
- Tighten front number plate bolt to 8 Nm
- Install phone
- Insert phone in the docking station left side first
- Gently press down on the phone to lock it on the docking station
- Check brake operation before operating the bike
- Ensure the phone is secure before operating the bike
