Plus, you can always use the HP Support assistant or go to the official Intel/AMD website to find the latest BIOS and drivers for your PC too. Yes, the new Intel Arc B580 should work on your PC, but please check with the dimensions of the card with respect to the CPU cabinet dimensions before you purchase the GPU to avoid any fitting issues later on.
