i did option 1 but it still says managed by your organization was it because i didnt delete chrome or something else entirely?

It is legit and safe. Apple App Store will not offer it if it is unsafe.

What if deleting the policies in the regedit didn't work at all

it did not work for me

I tried in many different ways but this was the only one that worked for me, try other methods, and if nothing works you should reset the computer... (sorry if my english is bad i'm italian)
