I love that your content is getting longer, and how you bring your life experience into your healing sessions. That's what is missing from so many of the younger energy workers. Also, this experience felt like a Disney ride. You get in and there's lots of singing and you feel happy to be there, but as the ride progresses it gets darker and more dangerous. The music changes! Will we make it out alive?! And then suddenly, we are transported back to safety again, the sun comes out, the birds are singing, and we feel calm and relaxed as we exit the ride! 😂🥰

The cage that once kept me safe and SMALL is falling away. I cried very much during this healing session and it came during a morning where I felt scattered and alone. A little late for this comment, but month ago I had an exam I was really worried about and it was morning around 9 when I started feeling sick, a day before the exam, and it was so hard to focus, my head wasn't necessarily aching, but there was something so heavy and my eyes were getting heavy too.. I tried sleeping but I couldn't. I put this video on, and watched for about 5 minutes and I fell asleep.. I woke up in about 15 minutes but that sleep was more refreshing than the 7 hour sleep the night before. I felt really energetic and it was hard to believe that I slept just for 15 minutes. Ps. I scored well in that test too

This was the strongest reaction to a healing I have ever had. I have been doing clearing after a lot of betrayal and trauma, and I had PTSD and couldn’t work and it was awful trying to get disability and I never did. So I have felt deeply ashamed depending on my parents. I was praying for help and this session felt made for me. I also have a strong connection to cats, and I felt shut down after experiencing abusive relationships. I have a calling I feel connected to reawakening the Sacred Feminine and to Nordic wisdom as an energy worker. I keep working on healing my financial security wound. I want to learn from you if I can get income again

Remember ALWAYS this process is all about YOU!!! Not him. He is just a catalyst. Consider, he may be your twin flame. Look into that. Write 11 DISADVANTAGES to having the belief 3. Write 11 ADVANTAGES to having belief If you can NOT find advantages then that’s EXACTLY why you're stuck!! When you finally see both sides... Your mind will STOP thinking about it 'cause it’ll be rewired. So you gotta keep at it, until you find the positive to the negative... And therefore, ultimately rewire your brain!

I tried watching this two weeks ago but had to stop when the cage was broken because I knew it hadn't been for me. Since then I had a therapy session and so many sessions of NET to release the trapped emotions from my childhood - so much shame and humiliation put onto me by my grandmother just for being a lively vibrant child. I woke up today and knew it was time to watch this again, and this time I felt that cage break away and was smiling SO hard as I felt that freedom and healthy ego and inner power integrate back into me. I haven't watched the full video yet but felt the urge to write about this. For the past decade or so, I have felt a pain in my chest, close to my heart, everyday, every minute. It was never enough to tell medical professionals about it, and I'm prone to psychosomatic pain. I've been doing a lot of internal healing, both from a spiritual and from a (self-done) psychotherapy perspective. The pain is almost completely gone!! It's been with me since I was about 10 or 11, it's that same feeling of pain you get when you're about to cry. And I don't feel it as much. It's still lingering, but for the first time, I have relief. I never thought this day would come, but today, while watching this, I felt **nothing** and it was **everything**

Hi Sanne, Yes, very emotional moving & powerful session I must say. I'm in my 50's now and should get out of my cage to change with times. I've tried to live a moralistic life and people around me keep telling me to start enjoying life. Well my upbringing has restricted me to not to do get into Immoral activities.
