Great job!!!! The details matter! It helps "sell the idea" whenever you choose to do these compositions. Thanks for the great tips! Rich

Thanks Rich! And you are right, it is the small details that make a picture work. I would probably spend a hour or two on this image instead of the few minutes I showed in the video to get everything perfect.

Thanks for the tutorial! Tip for anyone who get the "fill selection" grayed out... simplify the image!
@HTGGeorge3 ай бұрын
You're welcome! If the image came in as a smart object layer, then simplifying it makes it editable. And check out my new channel just for Photo videos www.youtube.com/@HTGPhoto

George when you use the Clone tool do you always check "Aligned" and "Sample All Layers"?
@HTGGeorge2 жыл бұрын
Hi Debra, since I am only working on one layer the Sample All Layers doesn't matter in this video, but I will usually have that checked for simplicity sake. I always keep Aligned checked so that the clone from spot moves in relation to the clone to spot. If that is unchecked the you would be cloning from the same spot no matter where you moved your mouse and it would not look very good.

WAY TOO FAST for a beginner!!!

Removing people is not a beginner trick. I would place this video at the intermediate to advanced level. You really need to learn more and practice more with Photoshop Elements before trying something like this.
