For anyone else whose phone doesn't do anything when going through the path mentioned, I got it to work by going settings - apps - manage apps - uninstall, and then search for the thing. Helpful video tho, I didn't think you could straight up uninstall it. ❤

A thousand thank yous. My wife asked me to change her Lock Screen photo, and I about near threw the phone against the wall. Especially after going in to settings and turning off the carousel, any change to the Lock Screen image turns it back on again. Bullshit design.

Sorry man, I'm not sure because all I wanted to do was get rid of this app altogether so I never got the chance to find that out. But there will most likely be no ads if you do not have connection. So you can block connection of wallpaper carousel if you're on data by turning it off.
