I put it on with an xjet then run the surface cleaner. Can spot treat afterwards but I don't usually have to. I used to work in Atlanta (red clay) and sometimes had to do two treatments. Overall, acid washing with something like BARC, NMD80, SureKleen by Presoco or the wild west cowboy way of pool acid (muriatic) is a great way to make concrete look like day 1. Wish I lived closer I'd offer my rig for you to use.

Nice Video! I am gonna add window cleaning to my services after seeing you on KZbin! Do you have any experience with removing white residue on metal? A customer has a bunch of white stuff on the metal frames for their windows. I think its from the pervious contractor using bleach, cleaning their patio area. It wont come off with just water. Thanks!

Don’t be scared to use new chemicals, that’s where good money is. Do research and talk with people. The only problem is most people usually aren’t that helpful and are usually just stuck with spec sheets and directions to follow. If you’re persistent you’ll find someone who knows. Most chemicals come with decent directions and you can usually test it out yourself. There are some cleaning chemicals that will leave unremovable stains if the raw, undiluted, solution is left on certain surfaces for even a few seconds but are a fantastic cleaner when diluted properly. Like Cleansol BC. That shit works amazing but is probably one of the most controversial cleaners because of how strong the raw material is - it will burn a hole in your skin and it actually burns really badly. But it is one of the best things to clean a lot of outdoor surfaces with. It makes a great soft wash surfactant. (Not affiliated with them at all lol, just a professional who uses the product). Like I said though, it’s not a fun chemical to mess up with.

I used used this on my fertilizer stains on my driveway, and it took all of them out. My rust spots were two times darker than what he provided.. Highly recommend!

I have a 4000psi MiTi-M gas pressure washer with a 28" surface tool. I'm pretty sure that would take about 25-35 minutes total to set up, clean and pack away.

Even with 4,000 PSI, methinks those stains needed to be treated w/ some sort of stain remover. Be it vinegar, CLR, ect.

@@godofentity The only stains that I haven't been able to remove from concrete with only pressure and water with my rig are rust stains and heavy tire peel-out marks. I guess it'll depend on what the product is. I don't ever remember seeing fertilizer stains before. If I get a call for this kind of situation, I'll try to remember to revisit this and let let you know. 👍🏼😎

Sir, no offense, but a 2 gpm 2000psi is not soft washing bud. 100-300 psi is typical for soft washing. Just wanted anyone watching to know the correct information,

Broooooooooooo that was so much more extra than what you could of done. I'd have just thrown a bit of CLR in a spray foamer, treated the concreate with it, used a surface cleaner, then hosed it down. You really shouldn't use a pressure washer to rinse down concrete because the gpm is low compared to using just straight water. ANYWAYS....
