Removing Front (Drivers) Door Panel - Peugeot 307

@@isitfixedyet891 Hi , my car door lock not working and the battery is dead at this freezing winter, remote control key not working either..the key turns in the door lock ( with feeling that there is spring ) but nothing happens . i could open the bonnet and change the battery but nothing happens with key remote ( maybe need reprogramming or somthing with the receiver as i changed the key battery ) anyway i need to open the door from outside, do you have an idea how to do this or any other solution .. thanks in advanced .

Andrew I'm not sure if it would work on your stuck door or or not, but after the same drama with a BMW E39 we solved it by opening the rear door and drilling through the pillar near the front door release mechanism and released it that way. A little rubber grommet or 2 later - job done!

Thank You for this Video Man! I want to remove the Panels and insulate the doors. That looks possible, but should I insulate only the sheet metal door from both sides (insight and outside) or should I insulate this plastic door panel as well? My completly door vibrates if i turn the music on , I'm not sure what's the reason for that problem... the speaker, door or whatever.. And I'm not sure if i should insulate the plastic panel as well, could it be meaningful or would'nt it solve the problem ? Thank You man !

I do not think that more insulation would fix the problem. I would focus on the white pins that hold the door cover in pace. Do you have all of them? Are the ok or are some of them broken? Cheers

Any hints on how to get the door card off, while the car is stuck shut. The door is jammed closed and the only way to get to the lock mechanism is by removing the door card. But how do you remove the door card if the door is shut. Such a stupid design, where there is no manual override mechanism...

I'm having the exact same problem on the front passenger side .. When I unlock with the remote, I can hear a clicking from inside the door but it just will not unlock! Have you had any luck with yours yet?

Just measured the front speaker, might be different for some trim levels, but this one is approx 15,5cm center to center into the fastening holes. The speaker assembly itself is approx 16,5cm in diameter. Hope it helps
