Uhm... I'm having an issue with my school PC, I decided to take it apart to clean out the crumbs that got under the keyboard, little did I know that I couldn't get inside the keyboard without removing the keys or whatever. While I was putting it back together, I had noticed the bottom of the top cover was raising up a bit, and the F9 key accidentally popped off, and the retainer clip for it broke off. Do you possibly have a website for parts on the ProBoox x360 11 G5 EE?

If you didn’t break the computer and it still works, your school should provide support for it from your IT department, and should be able to fix one key. I have this exact laptop too.

I have a little question with my school computer I ended up shutting it off once I was done with school a few minutes later I came back and the power button light was on so was the f12 button it was flashing red I tried to press the side button to turn on my computer to do some homework but it wouldn't turn on though the light was on I'm not sure if the screen is black or something I'm kind of worried please reply as soon as possible

So, mine won't recognize the new m.2 drive, what can I do? Win10 does not recognize it and the BIOS either, it shows that there's no SSD drive installed.

i have same laptop (hp probook 11 g2 not 360) it has a problem can you fix. the problem is my laptop will turn off without any caution charging light will change to white. if i am doing multi tasking or using heavy software it suudenly off without heated. it will shuts off before heating its fan working very well if i am using for normal work it working very well. its performace is very good. if i place ice under processor it will wokrs very well in heavy work without suts down. i installed fan control software for checking temprature when temprature goes to 55 C it will shut down why. please tel me what is the problem and ow to fix it
