Removing seized motorbike barrels. Seized piston in a honda cd200 solved!

Just used this method on my CB200T Honda and it worked perfectly. Prior I had used a large hammer and block of wood to try to remove the piston with no success. I also put rust remover on top of the pistons and while that removed some rust from the top of the rings, it never penetrated through.

Really useful. We have the same bike, similar problem. How did you budge up the barrels in the first place?

They moved up with the rotation of the crank
