Just a quick video on removing Traction Lock Braking Solenoid and reinstalling it. It's really simple to do.

I had a post to tow disable machine onto a trailer and replies were telling me to take a solenoid out is that the same part in this video I did not want to drag it. The engine overheated and does not run. Thanks for info videos

I'm guessing you want to do this on flat ground so it doesn't creep forward/ back. Do you think you could tow it with that part out? Thanks for the content!

You could do it on a slope just block wheels from rolling. I wouldn’t tow it. It is a hydraulic drive machine. Towing it could damage something. Sorry for the late response.

on my 863 the lower spring broke and caused the parking brake to behave intermittently. Also if that solenoid is not in perfectly straight, IE the tabs got bent from rocking the bobcat to help release the parking brake, it will not work right either. For me unbending the tabs to the solenoid screw holes in a vice fixed it after replacing the lower spring and reinstalling it.

A question on that a friend of mine said to Bobcat 751 skid steer in the same thing when you put down. The safety bar and you push the button to a river lock the braids it does not move back or forward and it doesn't turn is that what it might be to let me know as soon as possible if you can't I really appreciate it thank you

You just have to trouble shoot it. First check for error codes. It could be several things like a bad wire on your safety bar or a bad solenoid on parking brake or even a bad or corroded wire. You just have to go down the list. Oh one more thing I had happen once the parking brake gets stuck. Move that back and forth making sure it's not stuck.

Ihave a t109 bobcat will not move says voltsge is low when it us not low but it will not move looking for help

I have a 763. It wont go back or forward. Took it apart and puck seems fine. But when it get in pull the bar down and hit the overdrive button in dont hear it unlock and wont release brake.

Hi, I have one wheel locked up in the rear while I was working on my 873 bobcat, can you please tell me what would be the problem? Two front wheels and a left rear spinning , but the right wheel locked! 😬 before I go crazy taking things apart. Thank you!

I have no idea what would cause one wheel to lock up. Unless axle bearing! Does the chain case have sufficient oil!

It’s hard say. First I would check if codes appear. Then trouble shoot wiring harnesses. Make sure brake lock pedal is correct. Safety bar wiring is good. Break solenoid would be the last thing I would check.
